Architecture Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Faro. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of buildings, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary regulations. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and coordinating with other professionals such as engineers, contractors, and clients.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Review and approve architectural designs and plans
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with other professionals such as engineers, contractors, and clients
- Manage project teams including architects, designers, and support staff
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential issues or challenges and develop solutions
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control
- Mentor junior architects and support their professional development

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, techniques, and building codes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)

We offer competitive salary of 1400$ per month with accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship may also be provided for the right candidate.
