Architecture Manager


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Faro. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects, from conceptualization to completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month, with the added benefit of a free visa and ticket provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects to successfully deliver architectural projects within budget and timeline constraints
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Review and approve architectural designs and drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with project requirements
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues or concerns, and ensure quality control throughout the construction process
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited university
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software is required
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team towards successful project delivery
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
