Merchandiser (Indian Nationals) in Al-Kuwait


We are searching for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and developing merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profit. You will also be responsible for managing product placement, pricing, and promotions in order to maintain brand standards and attract customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising strategies to increase sales and profit
- Plan product displays and manage product placement within the store
- Analyze sales data and adjust product assortment accordingly
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and promotions
- Create attractive displays that highlight products and drive customer interest
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or excesses to management
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
- Train store staff on merchandising techniques and standards

Requirements:
- Indian nationality
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in retail or FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of product placement techniques, visual merchandising, and retail sales principles
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong negotiation skills with vendors
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Salary: 1600$ per month
