We are hiring a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and promote our products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for product placement and promotions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to develop merchandising plans that align with company goals
- Create attractive product displays that showcase our products in a visually appealing manner
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that products are always in stock and properly displayed
- Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and maintain positive relationships with them
- Train and supervise store personnel on proper merchandising techniques and product knowledge
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Analyze sales data to track the effectiveness of merchandising strategies and make necessary adjustments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Proven work experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of retail industry trends
