Personal Trainer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Personal Trainer, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized fitness plans, provide guidance and support during workouts, and track progress towards fitness goals. This is an English-speaking role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all ages and fitness levels. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in personal training, hold relevant certifications, and be passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals. This is an urgent job opening for foreign candidates who are looking to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of individuals in Kuwait.

Salary: $1600 per month

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments to determine clients’ current fitness levels and set achievable goals
- Develop personalized training plans based on clients’ needs, preferences, and limitations
- Provide one-on-one training sessions with clients, demonstrating proper techniques for exercises
- Motivate and encourage clients during workouts to ensure maximum effort and effectiveness
- Monitor client progress towards goals and make necessary adjustments to training plans as needed
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits for optimal results
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate regularly with management regarding client updates
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research new techniques, and attend workshops/seminars as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor
- Relevant certifications such as NASM or ACE are highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Ability to adapt training styles to meet the needs of different clients
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and exercise science principles
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals of all ages and fitness levels
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to helping clients achieve their fitness goals
