We are currently hiring a Turner Supervisor for our company in Wiltz. This position is suitable for men with experience in turning and supervisory roles. As a Turner Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of our team of turners and ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of turners on various projects
- Train and mentor new turners on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the turning process
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a turner, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of turning techniques and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Filipino language is a plus)

Salary & Benefits:
