Handyman - Contract Position in Chelyabinsk, Russia


A reputable construction company in Chelyabinsk, Russia is seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman for a contract position. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to further their career in the construction industry and have a passion for hands-on work.

As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks including basic repairs, maintenance work, and general upkeep of buildings and facilities. You will need to have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance work on buildings and facilities
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues
- Respond promptly to requests for repairs
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance work
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Strong knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good verbal communication skills in English (Russian language proficiency is an advantage)
- Must be physically fit as the job may involve lifting heavy objects
