Part-Time Office Assistant
We are hiring a Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team in Herzliya. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to gain experience in administration and office management. As a Canadian-based company, we welcome applicants from all nationalities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, organizing, and data entry
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Greet visitors and maintain a professional reception area
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Help with event planning and coordination
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Office Manager
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in an office setting is preferred but not required
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The ideal candidate will be available for approximately 20 hours per week.
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1300 per month.
Location:
The office is located in Herzliya, easily accessible by public transportation.
