We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the product inventory and ensuring that our merchandise is displayed in an attractive and organized manner. You will work closely with the sales team to maximize sales and profits by analyzing market trends and customer preferences. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of merchandising techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products
- Plan and execute product displays that are visually appealing and drive sales
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to make informed decisions on product assortments
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing strategies for new products
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper implementation of merchandising standards
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Provide feedback on product performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in merchandising or retail management
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Nepali language is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Must have own visa/work permit for Kenya (sponsorship not provided)
- Experience working with women's clothing is preferred

Salary:
1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
