We are in search of a reliable and experienced Accountant to join our team in Utena. This position is suitable for men and does not require English proficiency, making it a great opportunity for foreigners. The salary for this role is 1200$ per month with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available.

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. You will also be involved in budgeting, forecasting, and tax preparation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Reconcile bank statements and other accounts
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow projections
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other team members to improve financial processes

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role
- Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks)
- Strong computer skills including MS Excel
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and provide insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
