We are seeking experienced and reliable Loaders to join our team in Washington. As a Loader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading goods from trucks, checking for damaged items, and ensuring that the correct items are loaded onto the trucks. This is a physically demanding role that requires lifting and carrying heavy items. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Loader or in a similar role, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Safely load and unload goods from trucks
- Inspect items for damage before loading onto trucks
- Ensure that the correct items are loaded onto the trucks according to delivery schedules
- Operate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks to move goods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse area
- Comply with all safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Loader or in a similar role preferred
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
- Familiarity with operating equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
