We are hiring a skilled Barber to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing professional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to our clients. We are specifically looking for candidates who are Filipino nationals and do not require English proficiency as part of this job.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and discuss their desired hairstyle or grooming needs
- Provide hair cutting, styling, and grooming services according to client preferences
- Ensure a clean and hygienic salon environment at all times
- Keep up-to-date with current hair trends and techniques
- Promote salon products and services to clients
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Maintain equipment and tools used in the salon

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in hairdressing is preferred
- Proven experience as a Barber or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of hair cutting techniques and styles for both men and women
- Ability to work with different hair types and textures
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Good time management skills to ensure timely appointments
