IT Manager

We are a rapidly growing technology company based in Multan and we are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $1100 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and networking systems
- Develop IT policies and procedures to ensure security and efficiency
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any problems that arise
- Oversee the implementation of new technologies to improve company operations
- Ensure data backups are performed regularly and securely stored offsite
- Manage relationships with external vendors for IT services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure, security protocols, and data backup/recovery processes
- Experience with cloud-based systems, virtualization, and server administration is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
