Formwork Specialist

Our construction company based in Lisbon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Formwork Specialist to join our team. As a Formwork Specialist, you will be responsible for the preparation, installation, and removal of formwork for concrete structures. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical strength, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and layout formwork according to blueprints and specifications
- Install formwork using various tools and equipment
- Ensure proper alignment and levelness of formwork
- Pour and finish concrete according to specifications
- Remove formwork once concrete has cured
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Formworker or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical strength and stamina
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work in changing weather conditions
