Entry-Level Instrument Technician

Our growing company in Braga is seeking an Entry-Level Instrument Technician to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1100$. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of various instruments and equipment used in our manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation and calibration of instruments such as pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters, and level sensors
- Perform routine maintenance on instruments to ensure accurate readings and proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments and make necessary repairs
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols while working with electrical equipment
- Keep accurate records of all work performed on instruments

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in instrumentation preferred
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and ability to read schematics
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a desire to learn new skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with industrial instrumentation
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and test equipment
- Knowledge of PLC programming
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations
