We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Commercial Architect to join our team in Herning. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning commercial buildings and spaces, ensuring they meet the functional and aesthetic needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and vision for their commercial space
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the project is completed within budget and on schedule
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software, as well as other design tools such as SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and project team members
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Herning. Applicants must have authorization to work in Denmark without requiring visa sponsorship.
