Commercial Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as creativity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for their commercial space
- Create detailed architectural plans and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is executed accurately and efficiently
- Communicate regularly with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience working on commercial projects, preferably in an architectural firm or construction company
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Herning, Denmark (open to all nationalities)
Working Hours: Full-time (suitable for men)
