Executive Chef - Contract Position in Aarhus, Denmark



We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and leading a team of culinary professionals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fine dining and managing a high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute menus for restaurant and special events
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Train and develop kitchen staff
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to create innovative dishes and maintain profitability

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, flavors, and ingredients
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with menu planning, budgeting, and cost control
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills preferred)

This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation is not provided, but we do offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for the right candidate.
