Contract Administrator for International Firm in Jeddah
As a Contract Administrator for our international firm in Jeddah, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all contracts and agreements with our clients and vendors. Your main duties will include reviewing and negotiating terms, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and maintaining accurate documentation of all contracts.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. We are looking for someone with experience in contract administration, preferably in the Middle East region. As this is a contract position, you must also be comfortable working on a fixed-term basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and negotiating terms of contracts with clients and vendors
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Maintaining accurate records of all contracts and related documentation
- Coordinating with legal team to resolve any contract disputes or issues
- Identifying potential risks or areas for improvement in contract terms
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in contract administration
- Knowledge of Middle East business practices preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
