Executive Chef for Seasonal English-Speaking Restaurant in Moscow, Russia


We are hiring an experienced Executive Chef for a seasonal English-speaking restaurant located in the vibrant city of Moscow, Russia. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operation and ensuring that our guests receive high-quality, delicious meals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design menu items that reflect the restaurant's concept and appeal to our international clientele
- Manage food costing and inventory to maintain profitability
- Supervise all kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with front of house staff to provide a seamless dining experience for guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Culinary degree or equivalent training from a recognized institution
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to maintain high standards of quality and service
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the seasonal contract.
