Executive Chef – Malayalee Cuisine (Moscow)

We are seeking a skilled and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Moscow. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of traditional Malayalee cuisine in our restaurant. You will also be responsible for creating new and innovative dishes, managing the kitchen staff, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and ensuring a smooth operation of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create new and exciting dishes while also maintaining the authenticity of traditional Malayalee cuisine
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
- Develop menus that reflect seasonal availability of ingredients and meet customer preferences
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions featuring Malayalee cuisine

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Malayalee cuisine with a focus on using fresh ingredients and authentic cooking techniques
- Ability to create new dishes while also maintaining consistency in taste and presentation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team of kitchen staff
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred

Salary: $1200 per month
