We are seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented Concierge to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As a Concierge, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services and facilities to effectively assist guests
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs or requests
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area for a welcoming atmosphere
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with the planning of special events or activities for guests

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage
- Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and events
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: 1700$ per month with accommodation provided.
