Junior Architectural Technologist - Chelyabinsk, Russia


A prestigious architecture firm in Chelyabinsk is seeking a Junior Architectural Technologist to join our growing team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects ranging from residential to commercial buildings. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for architecture and design, who is looking to gain experience and grow in their career.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of detailed architectural drawings and plans
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts
- Conduct site visits and document existing conditions
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in designs
- Prepare project proposals and presentations

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architecture or related field preferred
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred:
- Biometric passport (or willing to obtain one)
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills are also valued)
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this entry-level position. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within our company.
