We are in search of a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Herzliya. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment on construction sites.

As a Crane Operator, you will be expected to have a thorough understanding of crane operation and safety protocols. You must also have strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to work well under pressure. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills as you will be required to communicate with other crew members and follow instructions from supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes (mobile, tower, etc.) on construction sites
- Inspect cranes before operation to ensure they are in safe working condition
- Safely lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment
- Follow strict safety guidelines at all times
- Communicate effectively with other crew members and follow instructions from supervisors
- Maintain accurate records of crane operations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Crane Operator in a construction setting
- Valid crane operator certification or license
- Strong understanding of crane operation and safety protocols
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work well under pressure and follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English
