Job Title: Crane Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Herzliya. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of cranes to lift, move, and position materials on construction sites. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to work at heights.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes, including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Inspect crane equipment before each use to ensure safe operation
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the crane
- Lift, move, and position materials according to instructions from site supervisors
- Communicate with ground crew via radio or hand signals to ensure safe movement of materials
- Keep accurate records of materials moved and hours worked
- Perform routine maintenance on crane equipment as needed

Requirements:
- Valid crane operator certification (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes in a construction environment
- Ability to read and understand plans and specifications for lifting operations
- Physically fit and able to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
