Architectural Designer - Washington, DC



We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in Washington, DC. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing design concepts for various architectural projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the project team to develop design concepts that meet client requirements and budget constraints
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
