As a Loader in Eldoret, Kenya, you will be responsible for loading and unloading goods onto vehicles or containers for transport. Your main duty will be to efficiently and safely move materials, packages, and equipment to designated locations, while adhering to all safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Load and unload goods onto vehicles or containers using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
- Check goods against shipping documents and ensure accuracy of inventory being loaded
- Secure cargo for transport by using straps, chains, or other methods as needed
- Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner, following all safety procedures and regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment before and after each shift
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth loading process
- Report any damages or discrepancies in shipments immediately
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- No previous experience required; training will be provided on the job
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in order to interact with team members effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed

Compensation:
Salary for this position is $1500 per month. In addition, accommodation will be provided for foreign workers. Benefits may also include medical insurance, vacation time, and opportunities for career advancement within the company.
