We are hiring a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Mauren, Liechtenstein. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients for their computer systems, software, and hardware. Your duties will include troubleshooting issues, installing and configuring software and hardware, maintaining computer networks, and providing training to clients as needed. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and an in-depth understanding of computer systems and networks. This is a part-time position without accommodation requirements. Salary starts at 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems using various tools and resources
- Install and configure new software applications or hardware devices
- Maintain computer networks by ensuring connectivity and security
- Train clients on how to use various computer systems or software applications
- Keep track of all IT assets including inventory management
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems (Windows & Mac) and networks (LAN/WAN)
- Experience with troubleshooting tools such as remote desktop connections or command-line utilities
- Familiarity with software installation processes; experience with enterprise-level software deployment is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively under pressure
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
