Clinical Dietitian
We are a healthcare facility located in Mauren, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Dietitian to join our team. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will work with patients to develop personalized nutrition plans and provide ongoing support and education to help them achieve their health goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting nutritional assessments, creating meal plans, and monitoring patients' progress.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting nutritional assessments to determine patients' dietary needs
- Developing personalized meal plans based on patients' health conditions and goals
- Providing ongoing support and education to help patients make healthy food choices
- Monitoring patients' progress and adjusting meal plans as needed
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or related field
- Certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD)
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Clinical Dietitian
- Strong knowledge of nutrition principles and their application in clinical settings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
