Urgent Contract Merchandiser in Bergen, Norway

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Bergen, Norway on an urgent contract basis. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to promote and sell our products to customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with merchandising experience and a passion for the retail industry.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies to increase sales and promote brand awareness
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective product placement and displays in stores
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences
- Create visually appealing displays that attract customers and increase sales
- Train store staff on product features and benefits to help them effectively sell our products

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Proven track record of increasing sales through effective merchandising strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make recommendations based on findings
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with store staff and customers
- Experience working with visual merchandising tools such as planograms is preferred
- Must be eligible for visa sponsorship if not already located in Bergen, Norway

This is an urgent contract position that offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.
