As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in the kitchen. Your main duties will include washing, drying, and storing dishes, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the dishwashing area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and dry dishes, pots, pans, and other cooking equipment
- Sort and organize dirty dishes for efficient cleaning
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment
- Keep dishwashing area clean and organized at all times
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in kitchen area
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Follow sanitation guidelines to ensure food safety
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training provided
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (other languages a plus)
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
