Construction Project Manager
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Mombasa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. This includes budgeting, scheduling, resource management, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress throughout the construction process
- Manage project budgets and expenses, and report regularly on financial status
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all team members
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Monitor quality control throughout the project to ensure standards are met
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders

Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Mombasa
- Ability to speak Hindi or another Indian language is a plus

This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month without accommodation. Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates.
