Hotel Sales Manager - Eschen, Liechtenstein


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our luxury hotel in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals
- Identify potential clients through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key partners
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences and increase repeat business
- Manage the hotel's budget for sales activities, including advertising, promotions, and travel expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management or a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Fluency in English (German language skills would be an advantage)
