Our bakery in Almada is seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality baked goods for our customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a bakery, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and ensure consistent quality of products
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Communicate with customers to fulfill special orders or requests

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Baker in a bakery setting (2+ years preferred)
- Knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, and ingredients
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays

Preference will be given to female candidates due to the nature of the job. Candidates must also possess a valid biometric passport.
