Part-Time Office Manager
The Part-Time Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational tasks of our office in Bergen. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases
- Greet visitors and assist with their inquiries
- Conduct research and compile reports as needed
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position, 20 hours per week. The schedule can be flexible within standard office hours.
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

This position is based in Bergen.
