Courier Delivery Assistant



We are currently hiring for a Courier Delivery Assistant to join our team in El-Ain, Nepal. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a physically active job and has a passion for customer service. As a Courier Delivery Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our couriers in delivering packages and documents to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist couriers in loading and unloading packages from the delivery vehicle
- Sort and organize packages according to delivery route
- Accompany couriers on their delivery route and assist with navigation
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages to clients
- Provide excellent customer service to clients upon delivery
- Collect payments from clients, if necessary
- Maintain accurate records of delivered packages and payments collected

Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs)
- Fluent in Nepali language, both written and spoken
- Valid biometric passport
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work well in a team environment
- Prior experience in courier or delivery services is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month, with potential for growth within the company.

Location:
This position is based in El-Ain, Nepal. Candidates must have their own accommodation arrangements.
