Executive Chef - Chelyabinsk, Pakistan



As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and food preparation at our restaurant in Chelyabinsk, Pakistan. You will use your culinary expertise to create and execute menus, manage inventory and budgets, and lead a team of kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute seasonal menus that showcase local ingredients and reflect current food trends
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Train and oversee kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food quality and service
- Monitor budget and control costs to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions
- Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of food trends, techniques, and ingredients
- Ability to create innovative menus while also executing classic dishes flawlessly
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and cost control methods
- Understanding of sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with flexible hours. Some evenings or weekends may be required based on business needs.

Experience:
Previous experience as an Executive Chef is preferred but not required. We are open to candidates with a strong passion for food and cooking, regardless of their previous work experience.
