We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and collecting data to determine the location and boundaries of various properties. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month, including accommodation. Biometric passport is required. English speaking candidates preferred, but candidates from other nationalities with equivalent qualifications are also welcome to apply. No prior experience in land surveying is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment and tools
- Collect data on the physical features of the land, including topography, boundaries, and existing structures
- Create accurate maps and reports based on survey data
- Analyze survey results and make recommendations based on findings
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to solve problems effectively

Preferences:
- Previous experience in land surveying or related field is an advantage but not required
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the area of work (Jerusalem)
- Fluency in additional languages besides English is a plus
