Job Title: Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine


We are currently seeking a skilled Executive Chef with a passion for Indian cuisine to lead our kitchen team in Las Vegas. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will also have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by developing new and innovative dishes that will delight our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that showcase authentic Indian flavors and ingredients
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including ordering, inventory management, and portion control
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and efficient operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions featuring Indian cuisine
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu offerings

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Thorough knowledge of Indian cuisine, including regional variations and cooking techniques
- Ability to create flavorful dishes while also maintaining cost efficiency
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
