Office Assistant
We are a reputable company based in Doha, seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operations of our office and providing support to our staff. This position is suitable for Indian nationals who are looking for job opportunities in Doha.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and printing
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer software programs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
