Electrical Engineer - Nizwa, Oman


A leading engineering firm in Nizwa, Oman is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components for various projects in the city.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing electrical systems for buildings, infrastructure projects, and other facilities
- Conducting feasibility studies and cost analyses for new projects
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards
- Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure efficient project execution
- Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise during construction or operation of electrical systems
- Conducting inspections and tests on electrical components to ensure quality control
- Preparing technical reports and documentation for clients and project stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a construction or infrastructure setting
- Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Experience with conducting feasibility studies and cost analyses
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month for this position. Salary may vary based on experience.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Nizwa, Oman. Accommodation will not be provided.
