Male Waiter in Muharraq, Bahrain


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Male Waiter to join our team at a busy restaurant in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that the customers have an enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and take accurate orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately to customers
- Ensure that all items are correctly prepared according to customer's specifications
- Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments from customers accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and work stations
- Assist in setting up tables for reservations or special events as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with diverse customers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively during busy shifts
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be physically fit as the job requires standing for long periods of time
- Must be legally eligible to work in Bahrain
