We are seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic structures and buildings while adhering to all relevant codes and regulations. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to develop plans and oversee the preservation process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years experience in preservation architecture
- Familiarity with relevant codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of historic structures and buildings
- Developing preservation plans that meet client needs and adhere to codes and regulations
- Collaborating with engineers, construction teams, and other stakeholders throughout the preservation process
- Overseeing the implementation of preservation plans, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines
- Providing guidance on materials, techniques, and methods for preserving historic structures
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Russian heritage preservation. Biometric passport required.
