We are a leading architectural firm in Ufa, seeking a talented and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures, ensuring their structural stability and maintaining their historical significance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of historical buildings to determine necessary preservation and restoration work
- Developing preservation plans and strategies to ensure the structural integrity of buildings while preserving their historical value
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to implement preservation plans
- Conducting research on historical building materials and techniques for restoration purposes
- Overseeing construction work to ensure it adheres to preservation standards
- Maintaining accurate documentation of all preservation projects
- Providing expertise on building codes and regulations related to historical structures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Preservation Architect
- Extensive knowledge of historical architecture styles, materials, and techniques
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations related to historical structures
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar architectural software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
- Attention to detail and strong project management skills

Salary: 1800$
Location: Ufa (candidates from India preferred)
