We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from start to finish. Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage projects from conception to completion
- Create project timelines and assign tasks to team members
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Manage project budget and resources effectively
- Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address any issues that may arise
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure successful project completion

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English proficiency required)
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Trello or Asana is a plus

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
