Project Manager - Vilnius, Lithuania

As a Project Manager in our Vilnius office, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects for our company. Your main duties will include creating project plans, managing timelines and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing a team of professionals and facilitating effective communication between team members.

To excel in this role, you should have strong leadership skills and experience in managing complex projects. You should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with at least 3 years of project management experience. Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is preferred.
