We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator for a construction company based in Mombasa. The ideal candidate should be from Pakistan, with proficiency in English and able to operate heavy machinery with precision and safety. The operator will be responsible for digging, moving, and grading earth in accordance with project specifications. This is a great opportunity for someone without prior experience as training will be provided. Accommodation, visa, and ticket will be provided by the company. The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator safely and efficiently
- Follow project plans and specifications to dig, move, and grade earth
- Inspect equipment before and after use for any defects or malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance on the excavator as needed
- Communicate effectively with other team members on the construction site
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- Must be from Pakistan
- Proficient in English
- Ability to operate heavy machinery with precision and safety
- Physically fit and able to work long hours, if necessary
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Strong communication skills
