Executive Chef

As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant's kitchen operations. This includes creating menus, sourcing ingredients, managing inventory and ordering, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. You will also be responsible for managing food costs and ensuring profitability.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience as a chef in a fine dining establishment. You should have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team. Excellent communication skills are also essential as you will need to work closely with the front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

In addition to your culinary expertise, we are looking for someone who is creative and innovative.
