Job Title: Excavator Operator

We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in the US. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate, move, and grade earth or other materials according to project specifications. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator safely and efficiently
- Follow project plans and blueprints to accurately excavate and move materials
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operation of projects
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
- Troubleshoot any equipment malfunctions and report issues to supervisor

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating an excavator preferred
- Must be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operations and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this position starts at $900 per week, with opportunities for growth based on performance.
