Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel in La-Condamine. You will work closely with the marketing team to identify potential markets and develop targeted promotional campaigns. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies to secure group bookings and negotiate contracts. Your experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in sales and marketing, will be crucial in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of meeting sales targets. This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month, but there is potential for permanent employment based on performance.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends and competition in the hospitality industry
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Experience in managing corporate clients and negotiating contracts
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Must have own visa or ability to obtain one
